Gone to them twice, once for a couch and Stressless Chair, and a second for a bedroom set. They are incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and the furniture quality is second to none. You truly get what you pay for here.

Great sales people

Tony was the only person within a 2 hours drive that offered to fix my chair. Not only that, but we communicated a few times before I drove up so he knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He also let me relax in his comfortable recliner chairs, although it was only for a short while since he was so quick!

We have been so impressed by Grace and Stonington. We ordered two custom sofas in the fall and are on target to get them in May (another store said 2023 was the soonest we could get theirs). Grace called us a few weeks ago and left a message to say everything is still on schedule and she just wanted 'to spread a little sunshine.' That made us smile. GREAT customer service!

You will LOVE this store! As soon as you walk in, you can feel quality. Furniture is an investment. Good, quality pieces will make you love your home. Grace was SO helpful, asking the right questions, letting me wander for inspiration but checking back many times.

Never before have I ever received such fantastic customer service. The couch I bought is gorgeous, comes with a warranty and had many different customizable options. I'm not one for home decoration and I received help picking out colors and fabrics for the couch and throw pillows. I thought delivery might be tricky as they would have to bring the couch through a window but it was a breeze and took less than four minutes to safely get the couch in place. I highly recommend Stoningtons. The product is far superior to any other furniture store offering in Greater Bangor. The customer service is the icing on the cake. Thank you!!
